I had such a lovely experience at this hotel! The staff was very professional and trained, making my stay super comfortable. However, the condition of the room was a bit disappointing as it was dirty and smelly. The location was fine, right beside the beach with clean sand, but a bit unforgiving in bustling Mumbai City.
